Dear Web-1hosting, I am writing to let you know how pleased I am with your service. I was new to web design and was having problems with my site. Jim and Travis took their time to personally help me and fix my problem. I can't tell you how satisfying this is especially after being shuffled from one person to another(with no one being able to solve my problem at Microsoft). Speaking to the people who run the business is the exception rather than the rule. It is the reason I will continue to use web-1 and refer my friends and business associates. Thanks guys.
